Optimized production processes

Curtis is able to offer a wide range of plastic injection molding services, from basic material injection to advanced, glossy finishes and product labeling. We meet the specific needs of customers, from the choice of materials to the final assembly of the product, providing flexibility and quality for a variety of industries.

Conventional injections

Conventional injection molding supports a variety of materials, including:

  • HIPS (high-impact polystyrene),
  • PC (polycarbonate),
  • ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene-styrene),
  • PC-ABS (polycarbonate and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene mixture),
  • PP (polypropylene),
  • PE (polyethylene)

Advanced Injections

  • Heat&Cool Technology: Enables the production of high-gloss surfaces (often referred to as “piano plastic”).
  • RICH (Rapid Injection Cooling Heating): Technique used for high-quality surface finishes.
  • H-Mould Technology: Another method of obtaining high-gloss products.

Labeling (IML)

This technology involves labeling products inside the mold itself, ensuring that the label becomes an integral part of the product. Availability is determined individually.

24 modern machines

The modern machinery park located in the area of the injection moulding plant includes 24 injection machines from renowned brands such as: ENGEL, TEDERIC, BATTENFELD with a short circuit force from 25T to 2000T. The machines are equipped with dedicated robots and conveyor belts. Owned injection molding machines are connected to the central cooling system. In addition, the plant has peripherals required in the injection process, such as plastic dryers.
