From candidates we expect:

• minimum technical professional education, preferably mechanical
• minimum 2 years of experience working as a mechanic in the Maintenance Department
• practical knowledge in the field of mechanics, pneumatics. Permissions welcome: SEP, overhead cranes
• Experience in maintenance and repair: pneumatic, hydraulic systems
• Programming skills of PLC controllers and practical knowledge in the field of robotic station operation will be welcome
• readiness to work in shifts

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher technical or secondary technical educationmile

• knowledge of the plastic processing industry, the operation of injection molding machines and paint shops

• experience in working at the above-mentioned position in a production company

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The main task of the chosen person will be:
• assignment of specific production tasks to employees and their accounting
• controlling and supervising production processes in terms of compliance with applicable documentation, procedures and regulations
• supervision of production processes of injection molding machines, injection molds and peripherals
• ensuring order, discipline and proper interpersonal relations
• responsibility for the timely and qualitative execution of production
• ensuring occupational safety
• cooperation with other departments

The future employee will be responsible for:

• preparing analyses and reports for the needs of the company and the external client;
• analysis of the profitability of projects introduced by the Company;
• active participation in the budgeting process;
• monitoring the implementation of the budget, analyzing deviations, formulating conclusions and recommending actions aimed at improving the company's performance and increasing cost effectiveness,
• cost analysis and suggestions for their optimisation;
• creating ad hoc reports;

• preparation of injection molding machines for the execution of production orders
• setting process parameters on injection molding machines according to the technological documentation
• assembly and disassembly of molds on injection molds
• cooperation with the master and the quality department in the evaluation of the manufactured details
• solving current production problems
• reporting to the master

The duties of the employed person will include, among others.

• Ongoing analysis and optimization of inventory and care for efficient use of warehouse space
• Organization and coordination of the work of the warehouse team
• Initiating and implementing solutions to optimize operational processes for cost, quality and performance
• Cooperation and coordination of work with other plant departments within the supply chain
• Control of the proper conduct of warehouse processes in accordance with ISO quality requirements and internal safety regulations, OSH and P.OŻ
• Coordination of the implementation of services on the subject technical equipment (i.e. forklifts, racks, ramps, fire doors and gates, etc.)
• Creation and implementation of timely shipments and deliveries of products to the customer
• Accepting returns, complaints
• Completing parts and other shipments
• Acceptance and issuance responsibility and quantitative status
• and quality of entrusted materials, goods, blanks and products,
• care for the technical condition of the warehouse building and proper protection of stored materials, goods, semi-finished products and semi-finished products,
• maintenance of IT systems necessary to properly perform the tasks assigned within the position,

Requirements:

• Secondary education
• Min. 2 years of work experience in a similar position
